Swords Youth and Resource Centre The
Swords Youth and Resource Centre (formerly the New Borough Boys’ School, which
was built in 1855 after the Catholic children were removed from the Old Borough
School). It cost £800 and most of the money was given by Cardinal Cullen. It
has been a Youth Centre since the late 1960s. Gael Scoil Bhriain Boroimhe has
used a room here since 1999.
